





The FMX website needed to support both the retail agency property listings as well the investment transactions, alongside the typical company information. The existing third party property listing service was cumbersome and offered little flexibility so we built the listing database into the website, giving the FMX team a single system to manage the listings and website content.
A pdf generator was also developed to allow website users to download a pdf, generated on the fly from the website content, meaning the content is always up to date.
The design was intended to present something different from the usual retail leasing agency site
The brand colour palette draws from both of the original brands to provide a level of recognition, but was adjusted to ensure tones complimented each other and work print and digital materials.
